Our Team




Our instructors come with over a century of combined aviation experience. They are all accomplished pilots who've worked aviation jobs from Airlines to Business Executive Pilots. Other schools tend to have pilots who are inexperienced and may pass on traits to students based on lack of experience.

Glenn



Chief, Instructor



5 Decades of Aviation experience as an A&P and ATP with 14K hours are leveraged to bring student personal instruction based on students' ability. Glenn is a Gold Seal Instructor, FAA Safety Counselor and is Type Rated in the Learjet.



Scott



Instructor



Scott is CFI/CFII and has been a flight instructor for 30 years. In addition to being a CFI/CFII, he holds multiengine, commercial, seaplane and glider private pilot ratings. When not flight instructing, Scott works in quality assurance at a major aerospace defense contractor where he utilizes the principles gained while earning his FAA Airframe and Powerplant mechanics license.



Arnie



Instructor



Arnie joined West Bend Air as a Certified Flight Instructor. Arnie is a Gold Seal Flight Instructor with Airplane single engine, muti-engine, and Instrument instructor ratings. He is also typed in the DC-8, B-757, and B-767 if you need a checkout in one of those.



Sheila



FAA Certified Test Proctor & WB Air's Administrative Assistant



Sheila is likely the first person you'll meet when you enter West Bend Air and she's here to help you whether that's ensuring your inflight comm's are working with a UNICOM check or getting your FAA Sport Pilot "Written" Exam completed.
